We Wouldn't be a Market
without our Dedicated VENDORS

Information for New Vendors

We're always looking to welcome new vendors to sell at our market. Interested in becoming a vendor at the Sackville Farmers Market? Contact the Market Manager, at sackvillemarket@gmail.com.

All vendors must be approved by the manager. Casual vendors may pay a $25 day rate for a table or become a member. Members pay the $25 annual membership fee, and access a discounted vendor fee. Weekly table fees for members are $15/week for a 6-foot indoor or 10x10 outdoor space. Oversize and half-size market spaces are also available.

We are transitioning to an e-transfer system for vendor fees. Vendors can pay for space by 9am on the Friday preceding market by sending fees to sackvillemarket@gmail.com. Be sure to set the password as "farmersmarket" and include your name and the date of your booking in the message.

During COVID-19, the market and our vendors are required to create and implement a COVID Operational Plan outlining the means they will take to control the spread of disease at their market stalls. A regularly updated Operational Plan is linked to the button below. You can use the subject headings in our outline as a template for creating the operational plan for your business. If you require assistance, please contact the market manager.
COVID-19 Operational plan
Public Health NB requires all public market vendors who handle potentially hazardous food items (including but not limited to meat, seafood, dairy, and processed or prepared foods) to obtain a food premises permit. For vendors that operate less than three days per week, the cost of a permit is free. Vendors are required to read and comply with the provincial safety guidelines for public market vendors, and obtain a permit where necessary. Our regional public health inspector can help you understand the guidelines and complete an application.
