Information for New Vendors
We're always looking to welcome new vendors to sell at our market. Interested in becoming a vendor at the Sackville Farmers Market? Contact the Market Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. All vendors must be approved by the manager and also pay the $25 annual membership fee before selling at market. Weekly table fees vary depending on space required and other factors.
Public Health NB require all public market vendors who handle potentially hazardous food items (including but not limited to meat, seafood, dairy, and processed or prepared foods) to obtain a food premises permit. For vendors that operate less than three days per week, the cost of a permit is free. Vendors are required to read and comply with the provincial safety guidelines for public market vendors, and obtain a permit where necessary. Our regional public health inspector can help you understand the guidelines and complete an application.
