Crow made a sourdough starter Jan 2024, named it Apollo, and one thing led to another and yada yada yada, now it’s a local sourdough micro bakery selling bagels, breads and other baked goodies to her customers every Saturday. Keep your eye out for those seasonal preserves and farm fresh eggs laid from Crows flock of Lay-Days! Exclusively at Sackville Farmers’ Market year round.

Café Flyé is the perverted love child of Alice Cotton and Pete Stephenson. This 50-year-old vintage travel trailer (named Pidge) has been converted to a rolling café where they serve espresso-based Coffee drinks, teas, lemonades and home-made fruit Popsicles. They also sell their locally roasted, organic and fair trade coffee beans, which you can enjoy at home! Find them during the week at Café Tintamarre, 34 Mallard Drive, inside the Visitor Information Centre.

Cheese for Charity supports the 'Tantramar Pantry Program' and the lunch program 'Food for Thought' at Tantramar Regional High School. The goal of these programs is to provide food, clothing, and personal care products to students who are struggling with food insecurity at home. Cheese for Charity also supports Dorchester Consolidated School and Sackville's Marshview Middle School. Additionally, Macx occasionally offers local products such as preserves, honey, and cranberries.
